The restaurant is closed on three sides by floor to ceiling screened windows to better see the different birds that come, especially in dry season, to a small pond a few meters away. Many other animals come around to visit – deer, ocelated turkeys, grey foxes, tapirs... What better way than to start or end your day as part of nature, sipping your expresso or glass of wine.

The cuisine is a mixture of traditional and fusion, using locally available products and ingredients. The menu is always changing according to the season and availability, mostly of fruits and vegetables.
